Musical Theatre
Dr. Trimis has extensive experience in Musical Theatre as a rehearsal pianist, on-stage performer, orchestra pit musician, and musical director. Trimis has also written original musicals and arranged musical reviews. Trimis is proficient in MainStage (keyboard performance), Finale & Dorico (music writing), and Garage Band & Logic Pro X (music production).

Writing for Musicals (Book-Music-Lyrics)
Dr. Trimis has developed a Writing for Musicals course piloted at Verdugo Hills High School and Legacy Visual and Performing Arts High School (2015-2022). The course is currently offered at Legacy VAPA HS and is one of only a few such high school courses in the world.
